Preparation:
 2 teaspoon per cup (250ml - 8oz)

Infusion: 3-5 mins
Temperature: 85 o C - 185 o F

Cold Brew:
Put your mate in a container, add cold water. Leave to infuse for 2 to 20 hours in the refrigerator depending on the desired strength.
Filter everything and your mate is ready!
